The casting kit came with all the necessary items and paper/online instructions to make a successful 1-2-3 cast for our dog Mary. We shipped it off for inspection and fabrication and they were very communicative about it. The online video really helped to figure out and you really do need at least 3 individuals to make it happen. AOC Customer Care (Victoria) was a big help by making sure we had all the materials needed with the correct numbered kit, including an extra roll of casting tape since living in Alaska and shipping can take a while.

The little back bracer has really been a help for our beagle/basset mix with IVDD. She seems to be in less pain and gets around better when she wears it.
