The casting kit for the custom knee brace (for rear torn CCL) was so easy to use. Just watch the video for clarification and use the simple instructions sent. It does help to have multiple people around for extra hands.

I was not able to cast my pet. I had to take her to the vet and pay a significant fee to have the cast done. The instructions included were not read by the vet's office and I had to follow-up with them to make sure everything that was required in the instructions was ultimately provided. The cast materials, packing supplies and instructions were great and made that part easy.

Had a great experience with this company. They had some issues with a machine and delayed our knee brace but the customer service team kept us well informed and compensated us for the delay. The brace fits great and has helped my dog along her aging path. They sent me an additional pad to keep the brace from chaffing. One small issue is that the screws come loose over time and you have to retighten them. Hoping I don’t lose a piece on a dog walk. Otherwise, great results.
